▶ Excellent insulation performance: The thermal conductivity is between 0.019-0.022w/m · k (25 ℃), which is the lowest among the insulation materials currently used in practical applications. Adopting high-pressure continuous foaming technology, the foam is evenly and densely foamed, with a closed cell structure and small cell size. The cell density can reach 200000 cells/cm ³, and the closed cell rate is over 97%. The water absorption rate is extremely low, which can effectively hinder the penetration of water vapor and thus exert its excellent thermal insulation performance.
▶ Excellent fire resistance: Polyurethane rigid foam has excellent fire resistance, and a coking protective layer will be formed during combustion, which will not melt or drip like EPS and XPS. Composite with metal surface material can further improve its flame retardant performance. The combustion performance meets the national standard 8624-2012 B1 level.
